RCA is widely used across various industries to identify the root cause(s) of a problem or an incident and to develop effective solutions to prevent the recurrence of the problem. This course on Root Cause Analysis is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of RCA principles, techniques, and tools. The course will cover the various steps involved in RCA, including problem identification, data collection and analysis, determining the root cause(s), and developing and implementing practical solutions. This course also covers the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) establishment & implementation in line with laws & standards following the RC (Root Cause) accordingly
