Module 2: Hazard Communication

·        Global Harmonized System (GHS) labels & pictograms.

·        How to read and use Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

·        Chemical labeling requirements.

Module 3: Chemical Storage & Handling

·        Safe chemical storage rules (segregation, ventilation, labeling).

·        Chemical transfer and mixing safety.

·        Transport and disposal requirements.

Module 4: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

·        Types of PPE: gloves, goggles, face shields, respirators, aprons, safety shoes.

·        PPE selection based on hazard (chemical-resistant vs. general PPE).

·        Correct donning, doffing, and disposal of PPE.

·        PPE limitations and maintenance.

Module 5: Emergency Response for Chemical Exposure

·        First aid for chemical spills on skin, eyes, or inhalation.
